The women's bowl final result NTNUI - Borås 29-0.
For men Lund Academic won 19-5 over Göteborg.
Old boys cup final winners Old Gringos
The Old Gringos are still the title holders of the Copenhagen Sevens Old Boys tournament.
They won this year's final against Malmö 33-0.
Men's final
The men's pools are finished. The four pool winners will play the Cup - Speed, Latino Vikings, FRK Falcons and CSR Nanok.
The finals are played in the Cup, the Plate, the Bowl and the Shield tournaments.
